All W&B prodicts contain dairy, eggs, and gluten (unless stated otherwise). If you have an allergy please reach out for a chat, and outline requirements, so I can make sure I am able to accommodate this for you!

PICK UP TIMES

Pick up times are organised in advance for your items. Please be mindful when ordering that when you agree to a time slot, I am waiting for you, and expect you to arrive in this time.

If there is a delay (it happnes) please let me know so I am not waiting for hours (yes this has happened), waiting for you to arrive, and missing out on my own special family time!

CAN THESE BE DELIVERED?

Cakes.. unfortunatly I can only deliver around Dubbo and local Central West area.

But good news… COOKIES CAN TRAVEL! My cookies have travelled all across Australia with no dramas.

All my cookies come individually wrapped to ensure they stay snug and in their freshest form especailly for your event!

I have tested my cookies to last up to 5/6 weeks unopened! woohoo!

Custom order quantities and large corporate orders.. yes we cAN!

I love creating custom items, the more details you provide, the closer I can get to your vision. Please be as specific as possible, and note that no changes can be make SEVEN DAYS PRIOR to your order. I can change designs and ideas up to this point, but a change of mind in the days before an event are near impossible.

If you need to return your order, please return your order in full.

Once you have received your tracking information from Aus Post, delivery is out of my hands, and no refunds will be provided due to postage delays.
